The Encyclopedia is a collection of in-game knowledge and lore that can be accessed after obtaining the Disc of InsightDisc of Insight. Entries and sections of entries are unlocked by talking with people, exploring the environment and progressing the plot.

This page lists all known Encyclopedia entries and information on unlocking each of them. When an entry has multiple unlockable parts, multiple steps are given.
