There are four Neutral Melee Combat Arts available to Spheromancers. Due to how the Circuit branches, you can only have one paired set, a first- and second-level art, active at a time.

Spin Dance[ | ]

A wide-ranged spinning move hitting many nearby enemies.

Spin Dance

Lea moves forward in one direction as she spins two full turns and a half crossing in front of her path, sweeping out in an attack damaging and knocking back enemies. She travels slightly further than one normal dash, and you can change her direction as she charges the art.

Spin Dance is more effective against groups of enemies spread apart, but doesn't deal as much damage as its counterpart, Sphere Saw. Because of this, it's not very effective against single targets. Most elements have a version of this art to match their styles.

Apollo uses this combat art during his first duel against Lea.

Sphere Saw[ | ]

Catch your enemies in a spinning saw. Powerful attack with smaller range.

Sphere Saw

Lea attacks directly in front of her with a whirling saw blade that hits ~5 times and locks enemies, finishing with a stronger blow knocking them back.

Although its small range is somewhat ineffective against large groups of enemies, Sphere Saw's high damage and interruption makes it better when fighting bosses, and the knockback scatters enemies far from Lea, providing breathing room during fast-paced combat. Open combat with this art to ensure a hit against enemies that are particularly elusive when aggressive. Most elements have a version of this art to match their styles.

Spiral Dance[ | ]

A Spin Dance with more spins, hits, damage, and knockback.

Spiral Dance

Lea moves forward in one direction as she spins two full turns sweeping wide and a half crossing in front of her path, followed by a huge reverse spin that knocks enemies far away. She travels a distance of 2 normal dashes, and you can change her direction as she charges the art.

Spiral Dance is effective against larger groups of enemies than Spin Dance, and clears a lot of space with its knockback, but deals quite a bit less damage than Sphere Storm.

Sphere Storm[ | ]

Catch your enemies in a fierce air combo with massive damage.

Sphere Storm

Lea first performs the Sphere Saw art, then leaps into the air, bringing struck enemies up with her and striking them with a bigger Sphere Saw, then lands with a sweeping blow knocking them back.

Sphere Storm is useful for the same reasons as Sphere Saw, dealing x3 damage. However, the second half of the art will miss if the enemies are immune to being lifted into the air.
